Round and Round Quest

After noticing what is given out as a reward for finishing the Round and Round quest in Wizard101 it has me wondering what is the significance of it in terms of Celestia?  Will Celestia require using treasure cards as a matter of course?  I'm rather intrigued.  Do any of you have theories on that?  If so please comment.

My theory is that they put it in to test how the 'underwater theme' worked on loaded servers. After all, when Celestia is released, I'm SURE it will be packed!
To me, the new area appeared to lag a bit more than a similarly loaded section on terra-firma (land, lol).
Isn't my machine either, its quite capable of playing 3 instances of W101 at the same time.

nice idea, though if that was true it would be impractical, having to buy treasure cards and enchantments all the time to progress.

If you forget the water theme and just think of it as a level 6 quest, then I think the treasure cards are consistent with other low level quest rewards. I don't think it's an indication of anything to expect in Celestia.
