To use a code. You need to: 1) open the www.wizard101.com web site 2) log into to the web site using the same username and password you use for logging in your wizard 3) once you log in you'll see a new menu on the left of the wizard101 web site. The menu will start with your login name. In this menu you will see "Redeem Card or Code", pick that menu. 4) Once clicked, you'll see a window that has three buttons on it. Pick the button that says "Wizard 101 Promotional Codes" 5) Enter the code in the "Code" field and pick the "Continue" button. 6) Now you should see a message telling you that you need to log in your wizard to redeem the code. 7) Log into the game, pick the wizard you want to be the one to get the item, and start the game. You'll see an icon on your game screen that looks like a wrapped present. Click on it to claim your code item.
